asdigitizers.com offer free registration. All you are required to do is fill out a simple form and activate your personal account. After registration, you can place your order, make payments and receive delivery.

There are two options to place the Orders. You can choose the option that is suitable for you.

OPTION 1

Placing an order on website www.asdigitizers.com Just log in to your account and place your preferred quote/order. Your quote/order will be recorded for safety purposes. We upload your quote/order in the section named as, "Order or Quote Record". We, also, provide invoice details. Feel free to contact us if you have any question regarding quote/order.

OPTION 2

You can use our email digitize@asdigitizers.com to place an order/quote. This option requires you to specify the necessary requirements of your design. The specifications made shall be in the following categories.
COLOR AND SIZE:
The color and seze of the logo should be specified.
MATERIAL:
The material of the fabric shall be mentioned.
FORMAT:
We mostly prefer to receive logos in JPG format, but we accept logos in other formats, too. These formats include TIF, CDR, BMP, PDF or AI.

Our standard turn-out time is 06 to 16 hours. In the case of urgent order or revisions, we normally turn it around within few hours. NO extra charges.

It depends on the type of editing. If it includes adding a new part on the original logo, letters or on the background then charges are made on the basis of additional stitching. However, most of the editing is free of charge.

The payments can be made via Master card, Visa card, American express or via PayPal. We send invoices for every paid order to our valued customers.

The designs you ordered will be sent to you via email after completion.

The set out entirely depends on the embroidery machines. Two sew outs will still be quite different than each other, even if they use the same digitizing file.
Based on our experience we have concluded some factors to find the causes of this difference.

  4. Brand of the Embroidery machine.
  5. Characteristics of Embroidery machine.
  6. We do customize sew outs to eradicate the difference produced in the by customizing the digitizing file.

Yes, you CAN request variations in the artwork. However, you have to be very clear and specific regarding the changes you want to make. Only slight changes are allowed.

Yes you can request multiple sizes only if there is no editing or test stitching required. The first additional size won't cost you any money. However, we will charge you for ordering further additional sizes.

Yes, we do receive artwork in vector format. Your design will be digitized within 06-16 hours.
